Q. Can we bring in our own food?
A. No. We do not allow ANY outside food or drink into our facility. However, there is only one exception to this rule: When you have a reserved birthday party with us, we then allow for you to bring in your choice of celebratory dessert. [Cake, cupcakes, ice cream, etc.] Check out our Party Packages or give us a call with any further questions @ (636) 887-4244.
Q. What are the rules for the deposit?
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Your deposit goes towards saving your chosen party time slot or the rented attraction for the day of your event, and it goes towards your final bill.
Q. Do we need socks to play in the facility?
A. Yes, we require socks for playing in our facility for sanitary purposes. Shoes and barefeet are not allowed in our playground and inflatable attractions. We do not require a special kind of socks, but if you need a pair we have them available for $2 at the front counter.
Q. Where are you located?
A. We are conveniently located at 105 Hwy A Wentzville, MO 63385. Stop by any time!
Q. When should we arrive for our party/event?
A. If you've reserved a celebration with us, we recomment that you show up 5 minutes early so that we can get everyone checked in and escorted to your party tables/room. You have the party table/room for your reserved time. After your time is up you are convieniently moved into the general seating area and welcomed to stay as long as you wish.
Q. What if we are late for our reservation?
A. Because of other reservations, your time is preset. You will just have the remainder of the reserved time for your party, event, or axe throwing experience. This is why we always recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early prior to your reservation.
Q. What should I expect during my party?
A. As an entertainment facility, it is our goal to make your experience the best possible! Your host or our excellent staff will take excellent care of you to ensure you know what to expect, easily transition during your reserved time, and fulfilling requests to the greatest of our ability. Our empolyees and hosts work hard to make sure you're taken care of. Need something? Just ask!!
Q. To tip or not to tip on my party bill?
A. Our party hosts & hostesses work extremely hard for you to ensure you have the greatest party experience possible. If you're happy with the service that your host/hostess provided, they would truly appreciate your gratuity. Your party host/hostess will recieve 100% of the tip you leave. Whatever you decide, fear not, we are committed to providing you with the best celebration possible.
Q. How much does it cost to participate in Axe Throwing at Playtime?
A. To check out our Axe Throwing price points, click on this link here. Remember! We require reservations prior to you throwing, to ensure we have an Axe Master [approved staff member] on staff to teach and monitor your throwing. Safety is our 1st priority!
Q. What should we wear to throw axes?
A. Closed toe shoes are a must, no exceptions. We do recommend wearing loose fitting clothing so that you can have a full range of motion during throwing.
Q. Is there a minimum for a reservation to throw axes?
A. Each target can hold up to 6 -8 guests. We have 2 targets. If you do not have 6 in your group, that's ok. You just might make some new friends by sharing a lane. (:
Q. Can I reserve a private lane for less than 6 to throw axes?
A. No, a full lane is 6 throwers. But if no one else books, you'll have the lane to yourself! However, if you'd like to ensure that it is 'private' you will be required to reserve all six throwing spots.
